Description

NGC 2403 is an intermediate spiral galaxy in the constellation Camelopardalis. It is part of the group of galaxies containing M81, and is similar to M33 in that it is about the same size (50,000 light-years) and contains several HII star-forming regions.

This image was taken from my light polluted suburban back yard, and consists of 15.7 hours of Luminance, 4 hours of RGB, and 3 hours of Ha to enhance the star-forming regions.
